Controversial NLRB poster requirement postponed

On April 17, 2012 the Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit paralyzed the requirement of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to set a sign that would inform employees of their rights to organize and form a union, inter alia. Ley 60-2012 reinstala requisito de fianza
