Disability Benefits in Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico provides disability benefits to workers for non-work related disabilities under SINOT law (stands for ‘Non Occupational Temporary Disability Insurance’);  up to 26 weeks.  The salary of the worker determines the  rate.
